New standards in terms of process reliability

The recording and analysis of the System Quality Index SQI provides reliable information about the quality of the operation of a TIGRES plasma system. Deviations in performance or the failure of individual electrodes are continuously monitored and evaluated.

The result is colmplete process control and ensuring maximum product quality.
A commercially available optical monitoring system can detect whether the discharge is on or off and accordingly trigger the switch-off of the plasma system.
The nozzle-specific power control of the M generators can compensate for disturbance variables and maintain the operation of the system, which makes visual monitoring unnesessary.

The SQI uses this comparison of the actual value with the target value of the power control and can analyze and readjust faults in real time. It is a measure of the stability of the control circuit and of the individual nozzles and makes additional visual monitoring unnesessery.
