In multi-channel systems of the TIGRES M series, the power is controlled for each channel, which ensures that the system can dynamically compensate for fluctuations (e.g. mains voltage, process gas flow, electrode burn-off).
The power of the individual plasma nozzles can be selected individually, even during operation.
This distinguishes the M-Generator from conventional multi-channel systems, in which the power to be output is configured by manually setting control variables.
For multi-channel systems in the TIGRES M series:
- One energy source and separate control for each plasma nozzle, with asynchronous phasing of the individual discharges
- Inclusion of the SQI from the power control as a measure of the stability of the control loop for complete process monitoring
- Data log with analysis functionality available for the most effective troubleshooting

Der kompakteste und preisgünstigste Generator seiner Klasse mit minimalem Platzaufwand. Extrem leicht und klein ist er ideal für die In-Line Integration in Modulen mit wenig verfügbaren Platz. Dank seiner leichten Bedienung und regelbaren Leistungseinstellung ist er außerdem optimal für den Laborbetrieb geeignet.
